Myrna Jelman, local filmmaker as well as consultant at Ashridge Business School shot a short film on location in Berkhamsted last weekend (19-20 June). You may have seen her crew and actors at St Peter's Church and at Airs and Graces, the wedding shop on the High Street.

She says: "Gisele Yoh, the owner of Airs and Graces was just like the character in our little film, a sort of fairy godmother who smoothes out difficult situations. I can imagine that brides all over the Berkhamsted area have benefited from her kindness, calm and care".

Myrna Jelman's previous film 'Happy Endings: Perspectives on Dying Well' (distributed independently through Myrna Jelman's company Spring Film Productions Ltd) also featured locations and people from the Berkhamsted and Tring area.

Myrna hopes the short film will be accepted at film festivals in the U.K. and internationally.
